diet starts tomorrow…

okay so i’ve had a really bad week and when i say really bad i mean horrendous! monday i went for a run and after that i snacked a bit because we went shopping and didn’t buy anything healthy (?!). then it was my birthday on thursday and i’ve just been incredibly lazy because of how badly i did when out running so i haven’t wanted to try again. tomorrow though, staying at college to catch up on mountains of coursework for graphics and then i’ll come home, have tea and go for a run along the prom. this will be the last time the diet starts tomorrow!
